Want a good laugh!

• “My screen is frozen”– How many times I’ve gotten this call… . It’s not your screen that’s frozen…it’s your batteries need to be changed in your wireless mouse

• “Or I can’t type”…once again the batteries need to be changed on your wireless keyboard

• “I can’t get on the internet”– Are the lights on your modem on – They are on but one light is RED ….well then unplug your modem and wait 10 seconds re-plug it back in and wait 10-15 minutes see if the Red light now is green..if it is problem probably solved! Now see if you can get on the internet. If not call us.

• “How about my computer won’t shut down”…Hold down the power button down on (on/off button) your laptop or tower ….client says, “I did that” and it does not shut down…And I say now hold the button for 20 seconds “Like magic the client says it shut down”.

• Just one more- “My computer won’t turn on”– check electricity (make sure your surge protector is working. Plug computer into another outlet. Wow would you look at that… it works!

I just want to say we are all guilty of these things at one time or another. It’s like I say K.I.S.S. – Keep It Super Simple!
